Data we collect

Name, phone number, email, vehicle details, delivery address, and your GPS location at the time of booking. Payment is processed by our payment gateway; we never store card details.

Why we use it

To dispatch a mechanic to the correct location, send booking and delivery status updates, generate invoices, and provide support. Your location is shared only with the assigned mechanic and only for the duration of the job.

Retention & security

Booking, order and invoice records are retained for accounting and warranty purposes. Access is restricted by role-based permissions, and data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to snipl.chande@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honoured except where records must be kept by law.
